The book Ready Player One is a dystopian fiction novel set in the year 2045.  This book is a #1 New York Times best seller and is now a major motion picture.  Ready Player One relates to the content areas of math, science and technology.  Citizens seek escape in the virtual world known as the OASIS.  The main character Wade Watts is devoted to solving the puzzle within the digital world, to inherit the wealth of the creator.  The puzzles are related to pop culture of decades past and includes a lot of references.  This book would be great to read because it incorporates content areas in a way that is fun for students to read.  This book often relates to technology a lot which is a part of math and science but is often not discussed in a classroom setting as such.  Overall this book makes connections to math, science and technology in a unique and thought-provoking way for anyone to enjoy.
